I also added watercolor medium to the paint water, making it more viscous.

https://www.dailycat.bigcartel.comI’m using a Chinese solid ink with a caligraphy brush instead of the liquid Higgins ink I’ve been usung for months. The solid ink has a different consistancy and is easier to direct with water, I can control the contrast a lot better with it. Meow.
